I help you once again find that sense of safety in your own body as I walk alongside you towards your path of healing. 

Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (or TCTSY) is an empirically validated, clinical intervention for complex trauma or chronic, treatment resistant post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Clients who seek trauma-sensitive yoga sessions maybe experiencing symptoms of various degrees of PTSD, complex trauma, or grief and loss.

Private trauma-sensitive yoga sessions are a way to receive the highest level of support and guidance on your journey.  If you are interested in working together, first we schedule a free wellness consultation. Then, if we decide to work together, we come up with a mutually agreed upon plan and start on the journey!
